Effective date: July 20, 2026. This policy covers our website, contact forms, AR, VR, AI, automation, games, 3D modeling, location-based apps, demos, and related services.

This page is provided for transparency and operational readiness. It is not legal advice. Product owners should have final app-store, ad-network, children's privacy, and regulatory disclosures reviewed by qualified counsel for their target markets.

1. Who We Are And What This Policy Covers

EggyStudio designs and develops augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, game, artificial intelligence, automation, 3D modeling, animation, WebAR, mobile, web, and location-based digital experiences. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, use our demos, interact with our apps or games, or work with us as a client, vendor, collaborator, candidate, or end user.

Some projects are built for our clients. In those cases, EggyStudio may process data on behalf of the client, and the client may be the primary controller or business responsible for the product. If a client product has its own privacy policy, that policy may also apply.

2. Information We May Collect

Contact and business information: name, email address, phone number, company, job title, project type, budget range, message content, meeting notes, proposal details, contract details, billing information, and communications with us.

Website and device information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referral URLs, pages viewed, time spent, approximate location inferred from IP address, diagnostics, logs, cookie identifiers, and analytics events.

App, game, AR, VR, and XR usage data: session length, levels or scenes viewed, feature usage, score, in-game events, device performance, crash logs, frame rate, interaction events, progress, achievements, preferences, and support requests.

Camera, microphone, spatial, and sensor data: depending on the experience, AR/VR apps may request access to camera, microphone, motion sensors, hand tracking, controllers, spatial anchors, plane detection, depth, LiDAR, environmental understanding, headset or controller telemetry, and similar device capabilities. We use this data only as needed to make the experience function, improve stability, support safety, or provide requested features.

Location data: location-based apps may collect precise GPS location, approximate location, Bluetooth beacon proximity, geofencing events, map interactions, route or venue triggers, and check-in style activity when the product requires it and when permission is granted.

User content and project assets: files, images, video, audio, 3D models, textures, CAD files, floor plans, product data, training content, prompts, chat messages, annotations, avatars, usernames, profile data, and other content you or a client provides.

AI and automation data: prompts, inputs, outputs, workflow logs, uploaded documents, model feedback, classification results, generated content, evaluation data, and human review notes where an AI-powered feature is used.

Advertising and monetization data for games: ad impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completions, in-app purchase events, subscription status, attribution data, campaign source, consent strings, device advertising identifiers where permitted, and fraud-prevention signals.

Children or student data: if a project is intended for children, schools, museums, training programs, or education, we design collection to be limited and permission-based. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through our own website contact forms.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you submit forms, email us, schedule calls, sign contracts, upload project materials, use a demo, or provide feedback.

We collect some information automatically through cookies, analytics tools, hosting logs, SDKs, crash reporting, app telemetry, game analytics, ad networks, app stores, payment processors, device APIs, and similar technologies.

We may receive information from clients, agencies, employers, collaborators, app stores, advertising partners, analytics providers, authentication providers, cloud platforms, and public or business sources when needed to deliver services.

4. How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, estimate budgets, schedule calls, provide support, manage projects, deliver services, and communicate about work.

To design, build, test, debug, personalize, optimize, secure, and maintain AR, VR, AI, game, 3D, mobile, web, and location-based experiences.

To enable gameplay, leaderboards, progress, rewards, multiplayer features, cloud saves, matchmaking, authentication, purchases, ads, analytics, and live operations where those features are included.

To enable location-based functionality such as maps, venue experiences, navigation triggers, geofenced content, local recommendations, AR anchors, and nearby interactions.

To operate AI-powered features, including automation workflows, content generation, recommendations, classification, quality review, safety controls, and model evaluation. We do not use client confidential data to train public AI models unless the client has explicitly agreed in writing.

To measure performance, understand usage, improve UX, detect abuse, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, comply with platform rules, and meet legal, security, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations.

To send service messages, project updates, administrative notices, and marketing communications where permitted. You can opt out of marketing emails.

5. AR, VR, Camera, Spatial, And Sensor Data

AR and VR experiences may need camera or sensor access to place digital content, detect surfaces, track device movement, recognize images or markers, support hand/controller input, or anchor content in physical space. Unless a feature clearly requires recording or upload, camera frames and sensor signals are processed on device or ephemerally for the experience.

If an app records photos, videos, voice, spatial maps, scans, or 3D captures, the app should request permission and explain the purpose. Such data may be stored or shared only as needed for the feature, support, safety, legal compliance, or as described in the product’s own disclosures.

Users should avoid capturing sensitive spaces, confidential documents, faces, license plates, minors, biometric information, or private property unless they have appropriate rights and consent.

6. Location-Based Applications

Some EggyStudio projects use location to trigger AR content, maps, routes, venue experiences, location-based games, retail activations, tourism experiences, training flows, or safety simulations. Location collection depends on user permission, device settings, and the product design.

Precise location may be used for real-time features and may not always be stored. If stored, it may be retained as visit history, analytics, check-ins, location events, route progress, or safety logs depending on the project. Users can usually disable location permissions in device settings, but doing so may limit functionality.

7. Games, Ads, Analytics, Purchases, And Multiplayer

Games may use analytics to understand crashes, retention, level difficulty, balances, monetization, ad performance, and fraud prevention. These events may include device data, gameplay events, scores, progress, session length, purchases, and ad interactions.

Games may show banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, offerwalls, sponsorships, or cross-promotions. Ad partners may process identifiers, consent choices, approximate location, device information, impressions, clicks, and conversion data to serve ads, cap frequency, measure campaigns, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

Multiplayer or social features may process usernames, avatars, chat, friends, matchmaking information, leaderboards, user-generated content, reports, moderation actions, and anti-cheat signals. Users should not share sensitive personal information in public or multiplayer areas.

8. AI, Automation, Model Training, And Generated Content

AI systems may process prompts, documents, images, audio, video, code, 3D assets, business rules, workflow data, user feedback, and outputs to provide requested features. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or require human review.

For client work, use of data for model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, synthetic data generation, or analytics depends on the project contract, product settings, and written instructions. We aim to separate client confidential materials from unrelated projects and do not intentionally expose one client’s confidential data to another.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to submit training data, prompts, media, likenesses, voice, trademarks, copyrighted works, personal data, and confidential information.

9. Cookies, SDKs, And Tracking Technologies

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, analytics tags, crash-reporting tools, attribution tools, advertising SDKs, and similar technologies. These help operate the site and apps, remember settings, measure usage, improve performance, support ads, detect fraud, and understand marketing effectiveness.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Mobile and game users can also use device privacy settings such as advertising ID controls, app tracking transparency prompts, location permissions, camera permissions, microphone permissions, notification settings, and app-specific privacy controls.

10. When We Share Information

We may share information with hosting providers, cloud platforms, analytics providers, email providers, payment processors, app stores, game services, ad networks, attribution partners, crash-reporting tools, AI infrastructure providers, QA testers, contractors, agencies, professional advisers, and other vendors who help us operate, build, maintain, or support our services.

We may share information with clients when we process data for a client project, with your organization when you engage us on behalf of that organization, with legal or government authorities when required, and with parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or business transfer.

We do not sell personal information from our website contact forms. Some advertising or analytics practices in games or apps may be considered a sale, share, or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where required, the product should provide consent or opt-out controls.

12. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, manage projects, comply with contracts, improve products, resolve disputes, maintain security, meet legal or accounting obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the data type, product, client instructions, law, and operational need.

Analytics, logs, crash data, ad events, and backups may be retained for limited periods. Client project materials may be deleted, returned, archived, or retained according to the applicable contract or statement of work.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, such as access controls, secure hosting, encryption where appropriate, least-privilege access, review processes, and vendor controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Clients and users are responsible for using secure passwords, protecting access tokens and API keys, limiting sensitive uploads, and following security instructions for apps, games, headsets, devices, and dashboards.

14. International Transfers

We may work with clients, vendors, cloud providers, and infrastructure in multiple countries. Your information may be processed outside your country of residence, where privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

15. Children, Teens, Education, And Family Audiences

Our website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our website contact forms.

If a game, AR/VR product, educational app, museum experience, school deployment, or family audience project is intended for children or students, additional rules may apply, including parental consent, school authorization, age gates, limited ads, restricted tracking, data minimization, and child-safety review. Product owners must disclose audience settings accurately in app stores and ad platforms.

16. Your Rights And Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of marketing, targeted advertising, sale or sharing of personal information, profiling, or certain automated decisions.

To make a request, contact us at contact@eggystudio.com. We may need to verify your identity and may direct you to the relevant client or product owner if we process data on their behalf.

17. App Store, Platform, And Third-Party Requirements

Apps and games distributed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Meta Quest, Steam, web browsers, console platforms, ad networks, or other platforms may require privacy labels, data safety forms, consent dialogs, age ratings, ad disclosures, location permission descriptions, camera/microphone permission descriptions, tracking disclosures, deletion flows, and user support processes.

For client projects, the client is responsible for approving and maintaining accurate store listings, privacy labels, terms, consent flows, and regulatory notices unless a written agreement says otherwise. EggyStudio can help prepare technical data maps, but final legal review should be performed by qualified counsel.

19. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technologies, legal requirements, or business practices. The effective date above shows when this policy was last updated. Continued use of our site or services after an update means the revised policy applies.
