Rules for using EggyStudio experiences safely and responsibly.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the EggyStudio website, contact forms, demos, prototypes, apps, games, AR, VR, mixed reality, AI, automation, 3D modeling, animation, location-based experiences, and related services that link to or reference these Terms.

By accessing our website, contacting us, using a demo, downloading a build, testing a prototype, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the website, demo, app, game, prototype, or service.

If EggyStudio signs a separate proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, license, support agreement, non-disclosure agreement, or other written contract with you or your organization, that written agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

These Terms apply to general website use, public content, preliminary discussions, demos, prototypes, and services unless replaced or modified by a signed agreement.

You may view our website and download or print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business evaluation only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, scrape, republish, frame, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our website, designs, code, copy, visuals, demos, assets, or materials without written permission.

You may not use the website or services for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, obscene, fraudulent, security-compromising, or malicious purposes.

Do not use AR, VR, or location-based experiences while driving, operating machinery, crossing roads, walking in dangerous places, entering restricted areas, supervising children, or doing anything that requires full attention to the real world.

Clear the play area of people, pets, furniture, wires, fragile objects, liquids, stairs, balconies, sharp objects, traffic, and other hazards. Follow all device, headset, platform, venue, employer, school, event, and safety instructions.

Stop immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, eye strain, motion sickness, disorientation, loss of balance, headache, anxiety, seizure symptoms, discomfort, or reduced awareness. Seek medical advice where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EggyStudio is not responsible for injury, property damage, loss, accident, collision, fall, trespass, unsafe movement, distraction, failure to observe surroundings, or other harm arising from your use or misuse of AR, VR, XR, location-based, game, demo, prototype, or immersive experiences.

Location-based apps may rely on GPS, maps, beacons, geofences, venue triggers, AR anchors, or proximity signals. Location signals can be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or affected by buildings, weather, device settings, network conditions, or third-party services.

You are responsible for obeying traffic laws, property rules, venue policies, workplace rules, safety instructions, and all local laws. Do not enter unsafe, private, restricted, or prohibited areas because of an app, game, map, notification, route, mission, challenge, reward, or AR trigger.

EggyStudio does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety, legality, accessibility, or suitability of any route, location, venue, trigger, object placement, map, or real-world instruction.

Games and interactive experiences may include scores, rewards, virtual items, leaderboards, achievements, ads, rewarded ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, downloadable content, multiplayer features, or live events.

Virtual items, rewards, coins, points, levels, skins, unlocks, and similar features have no cash value unless expressly stated. We may change, balance, suspend, remove, or discontinue game features where necessary for security, legal compliance, performance, platform rules, or product operation.

Third-party ad networks, app stores, payment processors, and platform providers may apply their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party ad content, payment processing issues, platform outages, attribution errors, or policies controlled by third parties.

AI and automation features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, biased, or unsuitable output. AI output should be reviewed by qualified humans before use in business, legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, educational, public-facing, or high-impact contexts.

You are responsible for the prompts, data, files, instructions, content, and decisions you provide to AI systems and for ensuring you have rights and permissions to use them.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, EggyStudio does not guarantee that AI outputs will be unique, error-free, non-infringing, compliant, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

You represent that you have the rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed to provide any files, images, videos, audio, likenesses, voices, brands, logos, 3D models, CAD files, floor plans, datasets, prompts, training data, product data, text, code, and other materials you submit to us.

You are responsible for ensuring your materials do not infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, data protection, export, or other rights.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, EggyStudio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, code, workflows, know-how, templates, processes, design systems, internal assets, and reusable components.

The EggyStudio name, website, designs, copy, software, demos, animations, visuals, trademarks, service marks, logos, processes, and other materials are owned by EggyStudio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or a signed agreement. You may not remove notices, claim ownership of our work, or use our marks in a way that implies endorsement without permission.

Project discussions may involve business ideas, product plans, technical details, budgets, timelines, prototypes, and other confidential information. Specific confidentiality duties are governed by any signed non-disclosure agreement or written contract.

Do not send trade secrets, regulated data, sensitive personal information, credentials, private keys, production API keys, or highly confidential material through public forms unless we have agreed on an appropriate secure process.

Apps, games, web experiences, and XR products may depend on third-party platforms such as Apple, Google, Meta, Steam, Unity, Unreal, analytics providers, ad networks, payment processors, maps, cloud hosting, AI providers, SDKs, APIs, and device manufacturers.

Those third parties may impose their own terms, technical limits, privacy requirements, safety rules, fees, review guidelines, age ratings, ad policies, and approval processes. EggyStudio is not responsible for third-party policy changes, rejections, removals, outages, fees, SDK issues, platform decisions, or store review outcomes unless a signed agreement specifically states otherwise.

You acknowledge that immersive, location-based, AI, and game experiences involve user decisions, device limitations, third-party platforms, physical environments, and other factors outside our control. You use them at your own risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EggyStudio and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, partners, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the website or services, your content or materials, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your infringement of third-party rights, your unsafe use of AR/VR/location-based products, or your misuse of any app, game, demo, prototype, AI system, or service.
